This Privacy Policy explains how Circle2 Technologies, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Circle2 Vendor App (the “App”), a business application for vendors to manage sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, and deliveries with their customers.
The App is intended for business use by authorized vendor staff. It is not directed to children and is not a consumer or general-audience application.

We do not collect your precise or background location, your contacts, your microphone audio, or health/financial-account data. We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs in the App.
To make the App work, some information is stored locally on your device:
This information stays on your device and is removed when you log out or uninstall the App.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate and support the App, including providers of cloud hosting, database, authentication, and storage infrastructure, as well as our own backend servers, which store your company’s business data and uploaded photos. These providers may process data on our behalf and only as necessary to deliver the Service, and are bound by agreements and obligations requiring them to safeguard the information and to process it solely in accordance with our instructions. We may add, change, or replace service providers from time to time as needed to operate the Service.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Authentication credentials are stored in the device’s secure keystore. Access to your company’s data is restricted to authenticated, authorized users.
We retain account and business data for as long as your vendor account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal/record-keeping obligations. Session records are retained to support security and account management.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact us at the email below and we will process your request in accordance with applicable law. Note that some records may be retained where required for legal or legitimate business reasons.
The App is intended for business use by adults (18+). It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
