For vendors who take orders from stores.

Let them order. You just deliver.

A storefront for your customers, and one order desk behind it. Orders on the go, picking slips, returns and stock, all on one record.

Every order starts with a phone call.

The buyer calls. Or texts. Or leaves a voicemail with half the items. Your rep writes it down, someone types it in, the warehouse picks from a printout, and the driver finds out about the return when the store hands him the boxes. Four people touch every order before it ships, and nobody has the whole picture.

The order is the easiest part of your business to get wrong.

Your customers shop. You stop taking dictation.

Every store gets its own portal, built like the online shops they already use. Your whole catalog with pictures, sorted by category and subcategory, at that store's prices. They tap what they need, the order lands in your system, and the confirmation is back before the buyer puts the phone down. In the sidebar they see their orders, their invoices, their payments and their open returns, so the call about “did you get my order” never happens.

Your reps use the same portal from the aisle. When a rep walks a store, the order goes in from the phone, standing in front of the shelf. No notebook, no callback, no retyping.

An order placed at 11 at night is picked at 6 in the morning.

Picking slips come out ready to pack.

Every confirmed order becomes a picking slip, grouped the way your warehouse works: by product, with the total to pull and the split by store. Pack it, load it, and the delivery ticket and the invoice are already waiting.

Nobody retypes an order. Ever.

Returns land where they happen.

The driver logs the return at the store, on the spot: product, quantity, reason. The credit shows up on the invoice by itself, the stock comes back into inventory, and the store sees the same credit in their portal. No sticky notes on the dashboard, no argument at month end.

The return is on the invoice before the truck is back.
